WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As the majority of our items are personalised to order, unfortunately we do not accept returns. Due to this, please ensure that the names/words are spelt correctly as we will create your order exactly as you ask us to.

When working with wood the laser will leave a faint scorched affect around the areas that have been laser cut/engraved. This is normal and cannot be avoided when using this type of material, so please bear this in mind.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Please allow 5 to 7 working days between order being placed and order being shipped. This time frame may be extended in peak seasons, however we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
